Before joining Detong, Nong served as GM of China DSET Corp (NASDAQ:DSET), Vice president of IIN International Limited (HK: 8128) and vice GM of Shenzhen Jinda Industrial Co. Ltd.

Nong is the Vice President of Venture Capital Private Equity Association Chengdu, Chairman of Chengdu Angel Investment Association, Vice President of Chengdu Chamber of Investment and Financing.

Nong also serves as the board supervisor of Houpu Clean Energy (300471) and Hekeda (002816).

Nong holds an EMBA degree from Guanghua Management school of Peking University and a Master degree of System Engineering from Chinese Acdemy of Sciences.
