Xiaowan Tang

Xiaowan Tang is the General Counsel of Detong Capital.She is mainly responsible for legal and compliance affairs and risk control of the raising, formation, operation, and liquidation of the Funds, as well as the investment, post-investment management and exit of portfolios.

Prior to joining Detong Capital, Xiaowan Tang worked in New Margin Ventures as vice president and was in charge of risk control affairs during the investment, post-investment management and exit of portfolios. Prior to joining New Margin Ventures,Xiaowan Tang works as a lawyer of JT&N and majored in Corporation and Securities laws.

Xiaowan Tang graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master in Law.
